Types of therapy

Here at ICC psychotherapy, we focus on adult psychotherapy, both one-to-one and in groups.

All our therapists are psychodynamically or psychoanalytically trained. This means that while they are interested in your current difficulties and how these are affecting you, they will also want to explore your early life, your past relationships and experiences and think with you about how these might be colouring the way you feel and respond today.

Some of our therapists are trained in once-a-week work and others are trained to see you at a higher frequency.
