Thank you for your enquiry. Please note that the referral service is not available over the Christmas/New Year break. The service will resume on Monday 6th of January, from when you will be able to make an enquiry about therapy by phone, email, or through the website. You will then be able to refer yourself to the ICC by filling in our contact form or by calling our referral service on 020 7247 1589.

Should you be in distress and need to speak to someone immediately, please contact the Samaritans on 116 123, they are available any time, day or night and offer a free service.
